This is a role well suited to an ambitiousprofessional that is all ears to our customer's stories, knows how to translatethem into improvement measures within the organization to increase operationalperformance, drive implementation of new and refined business processes, and trainthe new/updated processes - based on Lean Six Sigma and continuous improvementprinciples. As a Business Process Excellence Professional:

  • Youwill collaborate and engage with stakeholders to identify, evaluate, recommend,prioritize, develop, and drive opportunities for continuous (Lean) businessprocess improvement to meet business objectives.
  • Workwith key stakeholders to analyze risk and trends, identify root cause, andreduce costs.
  • Youwill serve as a go to person and champion of process methodology to maximizeproject throughput and productivity.
  • You will initiate and lead change to develop an organizational mindset that drives process improvement, ownership, transparency, visibility and accountability.
  • You will lead in analyzing data and processes to identify the organization's improvement potential and provide analysis and reporting on the business impact.
  • You will manage multiple initiatives, communicate progress to stakeholders, and meet milestones in a timely fashion. Display a high level of critical thinking in bringing successful resolution to high impact, complex, and/or cross functional problems.

  • You lead cross-functional transformation projects defining opportunities, creating analytics, implementing solutions, and managing change across different teams to drive and monitor business excellence.
  • Youare considered an authority when it comes to business process excellence, leanmanagement, organizational reporting, continuous improvement, change execution,analytics, and KPI's
  • Yourattention to detail and experience with process documentation and workflow willmake sure that an audit can be passed at any time.
  • Youhave been responsible for process documentation and analysis; root causeanalysis; analyzing data for trends; and bringing together cross-functionalteams to solve problems.
  • You have experience providing reports of projects in progress and completed along with relevant metrics demonstrating financial and operational impact.
  • You have strong project management skills to drive projects that are cross-organizational to successful and timely conclusions.
  • You have evaluated and analyzed data to support business strategy/operations improvements.
  • You have developed and maintained positive and effective working relationships with colleagues, key stakeholders, management, and customers at all levels.
  • You have lead initiatives that transformed manual processes into digitalized solutions utilizing Visual Analytics, Process Automations, and Virtual Collaboration.
Required skills to have for the success of this role
  • Bachelor's degree and 5-8 years' experience, a plus if in a Medical Technology Industry
  • Experience with Customer Experience programs, process visualization, operational reporting, KPI's, documentation and audits
  • Continuous improvement and change execution
  • Leading process improvement workshops
  • Microsoft Power Platform
  • Willingto travel domestically up to 20%
