About the job BUSINESS PROCESS MANAGEMENT ANALYST (HOSPITALITY, GOLF, ASSET MANAGEMENT)Key Responsibilities
- Support end-to-end Business Process Management (BPM) and Business Process Re-engineering (BPR) initiatives across hospitality, asset management, and golf operations.
- Conduct process discovery, documentation, modelling, and optimization.
- Identify inefficiencies and recommend practical, data-driven improvements.
- Use SAP Signavio (or similar BPM tools) to model and analyze processes.
- Define and track process KPIs and performance metrics.
- Support process standardization across multi-asset portfolios.
- Facilitate workshops with operational and business stakeholders.
- Assist with change management and adoption of redesigned processes.
- Act as a liaison between Business, IT, and Transformation teams.
Required Experience
- 3-5 years of experience in BPM/BPR or process improvement roles.
- Exposure to hospitality, golf operations, asset management, or similar operational environments.
- Working knowledge of BPMN, Lean, Six Sigma, or related methodologies.
- Experience with SAP Signavio or similar process modelling tools (preferred).
- Strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working in GCC environments (preferred).
Nice to Have
- Experience in hospitality or golf transformation projects.
- Consulting or operator-side experience.
- Exposure to multi-asset or portfolio-level operations.
