Pay Range
This is the base salary pay range that an applicant can expect to make upon hire. Pay within this range will vary based upon relevant experience, skills, and education among other factors. In addition, this position is eligible for an incentive bonus.
Position Overview:
We are looking for an experienced IT Lead Business Process Analyst with deep expertise in SAP Materials Management (MM) and the Procure-to-Pay (P2P) lifecycle. This role is responsible for analyzing, designing, and configuring SAP MM solutions to support procurement, inventory management, and vendor management processes. The ideal candidate will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure SAP solutions align with operational goals and compliance requirements.
Your Day to Day:
- Analyze and document business requirements related to procurement, purchasing, inventory, and vendor management.
- Configure SAP MM module to support end-to-end Procure-to-Pay processes, including purchase requisitions, purchase orders, goods receipts, invoice verification, and vendor master data.
- Collaborate with procurement, finance, and supply chain teams to optimize workflows and ensure seamless integration with SAP FI and other modules.
- Lead or support SAP MM-related projects, including system upgrades, enhancements, and global rollouts.
- Develop functional specifications for custom developments and collaborate with ABAP developers and integration teams.
- Conduct system testing, regression testing, and support user acceptance testing (UAT).
- Provide training, documentation, and post-implementation support to end users and key stakeholders.
- Monitor system performance, resolve configuration issues, and implement continuous improvements.
- Stay current with SAP S/4HANA innovations and recommend enhancements to improve efficiency and compliance.
What You Bring to the Team:
- Bachelor's degree (Information Systems, Supply Chain Management, or a related field preferred)
- 7 years of applied technical/configuration experience in SAP or other ERP system and/or manufacturing systems and technologies and a minimum of 7 years hands-on SAP MM configuration experience, with a strong focus on the Procure-to-Pay process.
- In-depth knowledge of procurement processes, vendor management, and inventory control.
- Experience integrating SAP MM with FI, SD, and other relevant modules.
- Proven experience implementing and supporting EDI integrations.
- Familiarity with Ariba, SRM and Fiori apps is a strong plus.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Strong organizational and leadership skills
- Proven ability to indirectly manage internal and external resources while maintaining accountability for quality, cost and timely completion per business requirements
- Effective project, budget, and cost management skills
- Proven technical/functional authority and technical mentor to others
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Moderate travel required (11 - 29 days per year)
- Work environment is typical of an office setting
