This role is responsible for planning, leading, and executing process improvement initiatives using methodologies such as Lean and Six Sigma. The position focuses on analyzing current workflows, identifying gaps, and implementing sustainable solutions to improve efficiency, quality, and performance across the organization. It works closely with cross-functional teams, drives improvement projects from start to finish, and provides expert guidance on continuous improvement tools, change management, and performance measurement. This position will be remote in Bogotá.
Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:
- Lead and implement process improvement initiatives using Lean, Six Sigma, and other methodologies
- Organize, facilitate, and support cross-functional project teams to identify improvement opportunities.
- Conduct data analysis to evaluate current processes and recommend future enhancements
- Provide consultation and training to improve process performance, control, and sustainability
- Perform cost and benefit analyses to support decision-making and process improvement prioritization
Required Knowledge and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree
- Five to seven years of experience leading projects related to finance/sales process improvement, continuous improvement and operational excellence
- Knowledge in Lean or Six Sigma, Power BI, SAP and Salesforce
- Fluent in English (B2 - C1)
