Drive Change. Influence Outcomes. Shape the Future.
This is an opportunity to join a growing organisation at a pivotal stage in its evolution, where you'll play a critical role in improving how the business operates. With sustained and continuous growth, the business now needs greater consistency, structure, and scalability across its processes, systems, and ways of working.
It's a newly created position so you won't be following in anyone's footsteps, and you'll be trusted to use your experience to work in a proactive, autonomous way.
You'll work closely with an engaging and entrepreneurial CEO. They understand the opportunities within the business and are looking for someone who can challenge existing ways of working, bring structure to complexity, and help turn ideas into scalable operational processes.
This is less about project management and more about understanding how the business operates, identifying opportunities for improvement, and ensuring better ways of working are successfully implemented.
What You'll Be Doing
This is a busy position, and you'll have a steady stream of opportunities. One week you may be redesigning the employee onboarding experience from an HR perspective. The next, you could be mapping how systems interact across departments, identifying workflow bottlenecks, or implementing new processes that improve efficiency and accountability.
You'll gain a deep understanding of what is working, what isn't, and where opportunities for improvement can be realised
You will:
Lead end-to-end process improvement and implementation initiatives
Look to how AI can be utilised and engaged across the business
Analyse current-state workflows and identify opportunities for improvement
Design future-state processes that support business objectives
Facilitate workshops and team engagement sessions
Develop implementation plans, timelines, and success measures
Support change management, training, and adoption activities
Monitor process performance and recommend ongoing improvements
Act as the key point of contact for process-related projects and initiatives
About You
You are a naturally curious and commercially minded professional who enjoys improving the way businesses operate.
You'll bring:
5+ years' experience in process improvement, business transformation, operational excellence, or implementation-focused roles
Comfortable challenging existing processes and influencing change across multiple stakeholder groups
Strong process mapping and business analysis skills
Experience leading change initiatives and engagement activities
Excellent communication and facilitation skills
Strong project management capability
Experience with ERP, CRM, or enterprise systems will be highly regarded (Process Street, MS Loop)
A background in Manufacturing or Technology is a nice to have
