Job Description:Business Overview:

Essential Functions:
Partner with Global Vendor Finance (GVF") stakeholders to identify, analyze and drive process improvement opportunities. Effectively socialize and communicate strategies, milestones, risks and opportunities. Lead efforts to create sustainable business processes.
Support the implementation of QA/QC processes within GVF through ongoing monitoring and testing of controls and identification of gaps or other high risk processes. Identify issues and/or control improvements for remediation, while assisting in building action plans and mitigants.
Helps business partners balance their business strategy with appropriate risk management controls. Work closely with the 'Deal Teams' across the Global Leasing-GVF platform to provide the necessary support and consulting on new and existing business opportunities to deliver the best possible solution to the client.
Develops and drives the definition and documentation of business requirements for key processes and technology initiatives. Serves as key liaison with Technology for adoption of new initiatives.
Preferred Education:
Undergraduate Degree in Business Administration, Finance or Accounting
Preferred Prior Work Experience:
Ten plus years of experience in Vendor Leasing or related financial services industry
Preferred/Desired Skills:
- Strong business-centric mindset with ability to utilize sound business judgment to problem solve, make decisions in complex situations and drive issues to completion
- Exhibit a metrics and process focused analysis to problem solving, in addition to the ability to bring a fresh perspective based on past experience within vendor finance or other financial services organization; strong analytical skills.
- Proven ability to communicate in a clear, concise, organized and convincing manner for the intended audience
- Demonstrated process mapping capabilities and problem-solving skills
- Data Analytics skills using Business Intelligence tool; Advanced Excel skills
- Operations/Technology background a plus
- Team player with a strong desire to succeed
- Results oriented, is able to accomplish multiple objectives in a specified timeframe
- Travel - 10%
