The Business Process Analyst is responsible for mapping and translating business processes following the implementation of SAP S/4HANA into simple, practical, and executable workflows and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The role works closely with process owners and relevant stakeholders to ensure that new processes are clearly understood, properly documented, and practical for day-to-day execution.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Process Mapping
Understand and map business processes following the implementation of SAP S/4HANA.
Identify changes to existing processes, workflows, roles, and responsibilities resulting from the new system.
Work closely with process owners and key stakeholders to understand actual business practices and process requirements.
2. Workflow Alignment and Simplification
Align business workflows with the new SAP S/4HANA-enabled processes.
Translate complex business processes into clear, simple, and practical workflows that can be easily understood and executed by stakeholders.
Identify unnecessary steps, unclear responsibilities, process gaps, or duplicated activities and propose appropriate improvements.
3. SOP Development and Standardization
Develop, review, and standardize SOPs based on approved business processes and workflows.
Ensure SOPs clearly define key process steps, responsibilities, required actions, approvals, and relevant system activities.
Develop SOPs that are practical, user-friendly, and easy to execute in day-to-day operations.
4. Stakeholder Coordination and Validation
Work closely with process owners, key users, SAP teams, and relevant stakeholders to validate business processes, workflows, and SOPs.
Facilitate discussions and collect feedback to ensure that process documentation reflects actual business requirements.
Coordinate the review and approval of new or revised SOPs with relevant stakeholders.
5. Process Implementation and Review
Support the communication and implementation of new workflows and SOPs across relevant functions.
Gather feedback from users following implementation and identify areas requiring clarification or improvement.
Regularly review and update process documentation and SOPs to ensure they remain relevant, practical, and aligned with business and system requirements.
OUR PERFECT CANDIDATE
Holds a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related discipline.
Has 3-4 years of experience in Business Process, Process Improvement, Business Analysis, or related roles.
Has experience in business process mapping, workflow development, and SOP documentation.
Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to understand end-to-end business processes.
Able to translate complex processes into simple, clear, and practical workflows and SOPs.
Has good stakeholder management and communication skills.
Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA or other ERP systems will be an advantage.
Is detail-oriented, structured, and able to work effectively across different business functions.
