Key Responsibilities:
- Support business partners in and Medical Safety (i.e., Global Medical Organization/Office of Consumer Medical Safety) and Compliance, Strategy & Analytics (CSA).
- As the single point of contact, guide global business process owners and BRQC Quality Management team members by overseeing the end-to-end delivery of process and applicable training.
- Support project management across the full life cycle from a process design, procedural document delivery, training strategy, training delivery and final implementation.
- Supports analysis of business processes across a variety of dedicated processes.
- Document development: Work closely with business process owners to understand the requirements towards documentation, facilitate documentation review and cross-functional feedback, and work independently and with foresight to move documentation to approval.
- Responsible for overall development and ensuring Quality by Design principles are instigated in all deliverables of business process management.
- Training development: Assess training delivery needs and develop training storyboards that will be created and uploaded to the learning management system by Quality and Document Control (QDC). Identify target training audiences applicable to procedural documents and mapped to training curriculum.
- Managing multiple projects, follow up on project plans, tasks, schedules, scope, timelines and deliverables.
- Support a clear vision in business process management for business partners by setting strategy and bringing innovative ways of working.
- Supports necessary change management, risk management, and resolve issues for projects.
- Expected to work effectively in the use of internal systems, tools, and processes.
- Provide updates to management and individual business owners by reporting on project progress and resolution of issues.
Qualifications
Education:
- A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
Experience and Skills:
Required:
- A minimum of 5 years of related experience and/or training (Training coordinator, Training Specialist or similar role) in a regulated (GxP) environment is required. This includes experience analyzing business requirements, conducting training needs analysis, and formulating training solutions
- Experience with working with documentation for regulatory functions
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
- Ability to work autonomously, while also having the ability to build and maintain key relationships, influence, and work with others in a positive and collaborative manner
- Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work in a team-based environment with evolving priorities
- Understanding and application of basic project management tools and practices to lead a project is required
- Inclusive, flexible and adaptive working across time zones with remote colleagues and stakeholders
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Pharmacovigilance or pharmaceutical industry
- Knowledge of one or more Learning Management Systems (LMS)
- Experience working in a regional or global environment
