Company Overview

Millennia Group provides business process improvement through the implementation of outsourced imaging services. Our services include high volume document scanning services (on-site or off-site), complex data entry, creation of web based document repositories and document imaging data management services (system audits, system conversions and data normalization). We provide these services from two facilities, one in the Chicago area and one in New York City.

Company History

Our company was founded in 1996 by two commercial real estate verterans who were buried under paper. Our inspiration came from a CD ROM provided to us in 1995 that allowed a user to drill down into more detail of the human body - we thought "why not drill down into a file cabinet". From very humble beginnings in a windowless office in an old bowling alley we have grown steadily to be capable of scanning millions of pages and creating mission critical document repositories for our clients.

Notable Accomplishments / Recognition

Scan and host all documentation for the rebuilding of the World Trade Center in NYC, 10 city on-site project for the GSA, MSDS documents for all of the US Capital buildings, 8000 employee files for one of the largest REITS in the country, nearly 7 million pages for Wal-Mart, scan and host documents for Sprint, US Cellular and Verizon Wireless.

Benefits

We offer three health plans, an HMO, PPO and HSA. Dental is offered, but is paid for by the employee. We have a young, happy, energetic work force.
